  • How much is delivery?

    Delivery is free to the UK

    Europe delivery: £25

    Rest of the World delivery: £65

    We do not charge you UK VAT but you will have to pay import charges.

    Please note that delivery to Europe will incur duty and VAT as set by local government (15Euros or 3% of the value of the goods, whatever is higher). We do not charge you UK VAT.

    All orders are sent tracked and require a signature on receipt.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    All our products are printed to order to reduce product wastage current lead time for fabric is 7-10 days and 4-6 weeks for wallpaper and wallpaper samples.

  • What is your returns policy?

    All our items are made to order so returns aren't possible unless an item is faulty. Please see our returns policy for more information.

  • Can I order over the phone?

    Unfortunately we can only currently process orders online, if you have any product questions please email us hello@emersonwolf.co.uk.

    We understand there can be a concern about shopping online but we can assure you that our customer’s security and safety is a priority for us. Buying from our website is 100% safe, payments are processed using renowned third party processors like Stripe and PayPal.
